Phase 01
2–4 weeks

Diagnose

We sit with your team, read your tickets, walk your processes, and look at your data. You get a written diagnostic and a prioritized roadmap — yours to keep whether or not we work together further.

Phase 02
3–6 weeks

Design

Architecture, vendor selection, scoping, and an honest financial model. We commit to a target state and the sequence to get there — not a 60-slide aspirational deck.

Phase 03
3–9 months

Deliver

Hands-on program leadership, embedded engineering, and SI / vendor management. Weekly demos, fortnightly steering, transparent risk register. No surprises at the steering committee.

Phase 04
4–8 weeks

Hand Over

Documentation, training, and a deliberate ramp-down. Your team owns the systems we built. We stay reachable for the things you didn't see coming — but you don't pay us a retainer to be safe.
